1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Lady Willingdon Hospital, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing sufficient notice.

For cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the request, and a cancellation fee may be applicable. The specific cancellation fee amount will depend on the type of appointment and services booked.

Proof of purchase and requisite documentation is to be furnished prior to consideration of refund. Refund policy is applicable as per the Protocol held in the Department of Accounts.
